💡 Are your crafts made with genuine sea glass? Yes! Every craft is made with authentic sea glass that has been naturally tumbled by the ocean. Each piece is unique and collected by me, from local beaches.

🖐️ Are your jars really handmade? Absolutely. Every one is carefully assembled by hand using real sea glass, jars, and decorative elements. No two are exactly alike — that’s the beauty of handmade.

🚚 How long will it take to receive my order? Processing time is usually 3–5 business days, as everything is made to order. Tracking info will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

📦 Do you offer gift wrapping? Not specifically gift wrapping as such BUT your items do come in strong, smash proof boxes with bubblewrap for extra security. If it’s a gift, I can also include a handwritten note — just leave a message when placing your order.

🔁 What’s your return policy? Because each item is handmade and often custom, returns are only accepted for damaged items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos, and I’ll make it right with either a replacement or a refund.

🌎 Do you ship internationally? No, unfortunately I just offer UK delivery. But it could happen one day!
